1. Adopt engineering grade or high-strength grade reflective film, the material is made of high-quality aluminum alloy plate, which has a good reflective effect at night.
2. Cut the aluminum plate and reflective film (square, round) according to the national standard size.
3. Polish the aluminum plate with a white cleaning cloth to make the surface of the aluminum plate rough, clean the aluminum plate, wash it with water and dry it.
4. Use a hydraulic press to stick the reflective film on the cleaned aluminum plate for use.
5. Computer typeset patterns and texts, and use a computer engraving machine to directly print pictures and texts on the reflective film.
6. Use a squeegee to press and paste the engraved pattern and the silk-screened pattern on the aluminum plate of the base film to form.
