3. Pedestrian secondary crossing signal light setting
At intersections and pedestrian crosswalks that meet one of the following conditions, signal lights for secondary pedestrian crossings should be set up:
a) For intersections and pedestrian crosswalks with a central isolation zone (including under the overpass), if the width of the isolation zone is greater than 1.5m, a pedestrian crossing light shall be added on the isolation zone;
b) If the length of the pedestrian crossing reaches or exceeds 16m, a pedestrian crossing light should be installed in the center of the road; when the length of the pedestrian crossing is less than 16m, it can be installed depending on the situation.
