1. During the transportation of signal light poles, appropriate packaging and protection measures must be taken to prevent the light poles from being damaged during transportation. Shockproof materials, protective covers, etc. should be used to protect the light poles, and ensure that the various parts of the light poles are tightly connected to prevent loosening or falling off.

2. Signal light poles are usually composed of multiple sections and need to be connected with bolts. During the installation process, it must be ensured that the bolts are firmly connected and there is no looseness. The bolts should be checked and tightened regularly to ensure the overall stability of the light poles.

3. The truck compartment used to transport signal light poles must be welded with 1m high guardrails on both sides, 4 on each side. Square wood is used to separate the bottom of the compartment and each layer of signal light poles, 1.5m inside at both ends.

4. The storage place during transportation should be flat to ensure that the signal light poles on the bottom layer are grounded as a whole and evenly stressed. It is forbidden to place stones or foreign objects in the middle and bottom of each layer. When placing, you can also place pads on the inside of both ends, and use the same standard pads for three-point support. The support points of each layer of pads are on a vertical line.

5. After loading, use wire ropes to tighten to prevent the signal light poles from rolling due to fluctuations during transportation. When loading and unloading signal light poles, use a crane to lift them. Two lifting points are selected during the lifting process, and the upper limit is two poles per lifting. During the operation, it is forbidden to collide with each other, fall sharply, and support incorrectly. It is forbidden to roll the signal light poles directly off the vehicle.

6. When unloading, the vehicle shall not be parked on a sloped road surface. Each time one is unloaded, the other signal light poles shall be covered firmly; after unloading one place, the remaining poles shall be tied firmly before continuing to transport. It should be placed flat at the construction site. The signal light poles are tightly plugged with stones on both sides, and rolling is prohibited.
