How to pour the foundation of road traffic lights

1. Determine the position of the standing lamp: Survey the geological conditions. If the surface is 1m2 of soft soil, the excavation depth should be deepened. Make sure that there are no other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) below the excavation position, and there are no long-term sunshade objects on the top of the road traffic lights, otherwise the position should be replaced appropriately.

2. Reserve (excavate) a 1m3 pit that meets the specifications at the position of the standing road traffic lights, and position and pour the embedded parts. The embedded parts are placed in the middle of the square pit, and one end of the PVC threading pipe is placed in the middle of the embedded parts and the other end is placed in the battery storage area. Pay attention to keep the embedded parts, foundation and original ground on the same level (or the top of the screw rod is on the same level as the original ground, depending on the site requirements), and one side must be parallel to the road; this can ensure that the lamp pole is regular and not tilted after erection. Then cast and fix it with C20 concrete. During the casting process, vibrate with a vibrating rod to ensure the overall density and robustness.

3. After the construction is completed, clean up the residual mud on the positioning plate in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil.

4. During the coagulation of concrete, water and maintain it on time; wait until the concrete is completely coagulated (generally more than 72 hours) before installing the hanging lamp.

Tips

Foundation bearing capacity: The foundation bearing capacity should meet the weight requirements of the signal lamp and the lamp pole to ensure that the signal lamp will not sink or tilt during use.

Foundation stability: The foundation stability should meet the wind resistance and earthquake resistance requirements of the signal lamp to ensure that the signal lamp can remain stable under various natural conditions.

Embedded parts processing: The embedded parts of the foundation of the road traffic signal lamp must be accepted before entering the construction site. They must be kept horizontal, vertical and located in the center of the street lamp foundation during installation.

Waterproof treatment: If there is groundwater leakage, construction should be stopped immediately and corresponding measures should be taken.

Drainage hole setting: The foundation drainage should be smooth to avoid problems such as foundation settlement and signal light damage caused by water accumulation.

Level detection: In the foundation, the upper surface of the cage must be horizontal, measured and tested with a level.
