4. Unreasonable stage and timing. In some intersections with small traffic flow and no need to set up multi-phase traffic flow, it is not necessary to set up LED traffic lights, but only need to set up direction indicators. Yellow light duration is less than 3 seconds, crosswalk LED traffic light time allocation is short, crosswalk time is short, etc.
5. Disadvantages of LED traffic lights. LED traffic lights can not blink normally, resulting in LED traffic lights for a long time, monochrome flashing.
6. LED traffic lights are not set according to conditions. The intersection has large traffic flow and many conflict points, but no LED traffic lights; Traffic flow, good conditions of the intersection without auxiliary lights; There are crosswalk lines but no crosswalk lights at light-controlled intersections; The second pedestrian crossing lamp is not set according to the condition.
7. Lack of supporting traffic signs and lines. Where signs and lines are installed at intersections or sections controlled by LED traffic signal lights, there are no or lack of signs and lines.
